If someone is in danger
Call 911 first. Then tell us: in the app or at [email protected].
Write to us
- In the app: Profile › Help › Message support. Opened from a clean or a conversation, your message comes with that clean attached, so you don't have to explain which one. Our answers arrive in the app, under "Your conversations with us", and as a notification.
- By email: [email protected], from the email address you sign in with, so we can find your account.
You don't need the app installed to write by email.
When we answer
Within one business day, and the same day when it is about safety or a payment. Hosts on Pro get same-day support, and cleaners on Pro get priority support. A person reads every message.
What to tell us
The day and the place of the clean, the name of the other person, and what happened. Screenshots and photos help. Never send a card number, a bank login or your password: we never ask for them.
Common topics
- Payments, holds and payouts: see Help. A charge is made on the cleaner's own Stripe account; ResiSet takes nothing from it.
- A problem with a clean you were charged for: write to us within 7 days, with the report open. The rules are in Cancellations.
- Cancelling a clean: from the clean's page. Who pays what is in Cancellations.
- Your plan: plans are bought through Apple. Cancel in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds for plans, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Reporting or blocking someone: open their profile from a clean or a conversation and tap Report or Block.
- Texts from ResiSet: reply STOP to stop them. More in Texts.
- ResiSet in Claude and ChatGPT: see the connector page.
- Deleting your account: see Delete your account.
- Legal questions, and opting out of arbitration: [email protected].
